Hi guys, is it possible get Atmos on A7400F? As on the TV spec, it only support DD+ encoding.
If...let's say i hook HT that support Atmos... can the TV pass trough the Atmos to the HT? Or the HT will still produce normal 5.1ch DD+? |

So if you're buying any TV with ARC and you have a Dolby Atmos receiver, the receiver is the center where everything is connected. 4K BD/Media Player -> Receiver <- ARC-> TV From streaming apps on the TV and through ARC, you're getting Atmos via DD+. Streaming apps obviously uses lossy version of Atmos. Lossless Atmos starts at 6 Mbps. From 4K BDs connected directly to the receiver, provided the BDs have Atmos/DTS-X, you're getting the full bandwidth audio.  Just scared if take Atmos, the TV couldn't decode such signal and send it to HT... Anyway, Thanks ya~  |
