QUOTE(Momo33 @ Dec 7 2020, 02:47 AM) wtf ... with this type of screen issue it should have been REJECTED in the factory . just means do not trust this brand as far as quality product is concern . that screen is a sub standard one . used for cheap TV only. I use to work in QC for a japanese TV manufacturer . We evaluate every component from supplier before pass to production. And on the MY website the TV tech specs are not saying much for you to compare . comes down to you dont know what you are buying really . after reading the other issues mention in this thread i shake my head . my recommendation . BUY at your own risk. Its your money was chat with hisense malaysia..(above pic.. is i use youtube white 4k hdr backgroud test, told by hisense malaysia...to upload these pics during the messenger chat ) did help me ask the techinical department.. say is "normal" all this series is like tht ... so.. !!!??? anyway..or anybody ..can assit me. .how to claim this ? under warranty ? or as they say is like that.. cant do anything ? QUOTE(eclectice @ Dec 22 2020, 05:52 PM) Is 55A7100F is a FALD TV? If it is yes, It should be clean white all over the screen but I see a slight vignetting; the local dimming is not even...probably the pic is taken with a smartphone; you need to disable post-processing features (just use the manual/pro mode instead). If you intend to take a picture of the TV in a bright room, try to minimize the reflections onto the screen surface. Update: Okay, I have checked the specs: it is just a Direct LED backlight with a VA panel. noted.. later i try.. take some photo.. coz tht 55inch, was in my parent house .. may will i retake again the 65inch later on also. ..
