was chat with hisense malaysia..(above pic.. is i use youtube white 4k hdr backgroud test, told by hisense malaysia...to upload these pics during the messenger chat )  did help me ask the techinical department.. say is "normal" all this series is like tht ... so.. !!!???

anyway..or anybody ..can assit me. .how to claim this ? under warranty ? or as they say is like that.. cant do anything ?
