i had same issue. mine was CBU. what i can say is this is completely normal. but different SC people tell me different story which are:

1) One of them tell me that this is due to low battery due to i-stop usage quite often.

2) Some says its time for the update due to some bug in MZD Connect system.


Conclusion: Its the Battery

I just love Mazda SC. They treat their customer very well. When i have that issue, i sent to them and they investigate and spotted battery was the issue and change without me asking also. Yes under warranty.

Lesson learnt: i-Stop use more battery if use often and yes my car is the very first badge CBU if u asking hehe.

PS: Im looking for spoiler both ori and after market. Do you have any info, contact or website that i can refer to?
