Dear all M3 sifu,

Im currently insuring the front mirror for RM1k sum assured, but I believe the smart device attached to the front screen cost more than RM1k.

Was wondering what is the suggested sum assured for front mirror for M3 car?

Thanks!

RM3.5k as told by my insurer

Anyone knows if Mazda Glenmarie provides courtesy car? How long do you think to repair this kind of damage? vmad.gif

Sorry about the damage. I don't think Mazda SC provide courtesy cars. If I were you I would repair it outside. You can send the car in the morning and get it back in the evening. A good shop can colour match the paint exactly so it will be as good as repairing at SC.

The scratch is very deep. And also got a little kemek here and there. Is it possible to replace the whole door at sc? Thats why i didnt think of sending it to outside workshop.

I would advise against AM/PM job for paintwork + patching. The paint needs to be properly cured & set.

Could sc take more than a week u think?

Did you manage to repair the tyre? Otherwise the 18" Toyo is going to be expensive.

I changed to conti mc5. Cheaper tyre and less road noise but less grip. But the road noise reduction is so obvious. Its more quiet when driving now.

Anyway i have extra stock toyo tyre in case somebody needs them just pm me.

Bro, how much for your MC5?

Me too, just replaced both rear tires due to 1 side tyre was drove after punctured and caused internal wall damaged.
Replaced with Hankook v12 evo2, 225/45/18. Road noise wise, not much different. Maybe already used to the noise with Toyo tires.
*
RM400 for each 225/40. Was quoted RM610 for the stock toyo.

Maybe because you changed the rear tires and front still toyo tires thats why not much difference on the road noise? Just assuming, since we are positioned closer to the front tires rather than the rear ones. My rear tires are still toyo but the road noise is lower now.
