Water heater, oven, microwave cw 20A switch - RM250/nos
Hood point - RM150

Air cond copper and water piping interior concealed - RM600/unit
Washing machine inlet and outlet piping - RM500

650sqft flat board plaster ceiling + 15ft pelment - RM3000
