QUOTE(advocado @ Feb 14 2016, 05:08 PM) don't really trust frozen meat. coz Malaysia standard still not up. Frozen meat easily infected by virus/bacteria if handled improperly and they tend to grow more, also dunno whether the meat has been unfrozen before due to power failure or transit etc. no worry about bacteria if cook properlymaybe does not taste as good but sure safe to eat one |

Can happen to any supplier, not just supermarket that sell frozen meat. At least if you prepare yourself, you minimize half the risk i.e. the step where you prepare the meat for cooking. |

QUOTE(Subang Nuclear Reactor @ Feb 14 2016, 05:48 PM) you dunno, maybe the meat DNA already damaged by defrosting/freezing/defrosting/virus/bacteria.do you know big % of frozen meat sold in USA actually Salmonella tainted but they are allowed to sell them because they are still within limits, the factory knows it, doesn't care about rectifying their process, the authorities know it, can't do anything other than give friendly advise, the consumers, don't know anything about it. Even until now still cannot solve the problem. and you can't tell everyone about it because that would be defaming since it's still within limits. |

That's why people are opting not to vaccinate (which is sad considering how beneficial vaccination is.) |

I know this stall since I'm young, they were probably the first one that offers free Chinese tea and water for ppl that eat there.
Last time they started as a tai chow restaurant and the next stall was chap fan stall. The chap fan stall was having tons of customer because of the variety of dishes and freshly cooked ( I know because last time my family will tapau dishes there every weekend for dinner) Then this boss followed and they succeed because their dishes is more tasty and nicer looking. Their stall is damn crowded everyday now. You can see tons of ppl coming to tapau their dishes, yea the price have increased but it's still pretty tasty. And they have their own vege farm and fish farm. Dishes wise it's the same every now and then if u eat there for 2-3 weeks u will probably cover all the dishes available. I still drop by tapau once in a while lol |

QUOTE(Autumnal @ Feb 14 2016, 10:05 PM) You sure you live in Malaysia? Malaysians who lived in Malaysia wouldn't go full retard like minister and say sohai stuff Pretty sure that's the ruling that traders need to put on clear price tags or else can be reported and taken action. The chap fan stall that I go has clear price tag, e.g. how many dishes cost how much, additional rice or dishes cost. Not simply simply tembak pricce punya chap fan stall. The following news might be about Ramadan bazaar required to display price tag, but the same is applicable to chap fan stall. http://www.theborneopost.com/2015/06/23/tr...properly-mdtcc/ QUOTE He cautioned that offenders could be slapped with a hefty RM50,000 compound for not displaying price tags. Now which cave you come from that you don't know traders are required to display price tag la? |

Put the price of how much 1 veg 1 meat 1 rice cost using an easy to read sign, I mean. I know of a few that do and a lot that didn't. And I know that you can report those who didn't so the officers can go there to scold them for a bit so they will do it. Won't kena fine if first time, only warning. Still don't give a shit about it though. Cheap is still cheap and expensive is still expensive. Sign or no sign don't make any different. |

QUOTE(Autumnal @ Feb 14 2016, 10:25 PM) Every chapfan stall i go to either display price and charge different from the price or never display at all. Stop using a fucking theory from the net and show the drill, with your fucking name written there. So, just because you rather get cutthroat from chap fan stall people should follow your stupidity? So you see price, get charged differently, and yet you still bend over and let chap fan stall owner buttseks you? Why don't you pay for a meal of overpriced chap fan and post your pic here so that we can all laugh at how stupid you are? |
