Guys,
I received a summon bearing my car plate number from PDRM Klang and the date of the offense was mid last month.
However, the car was not driven into Klang at all, ever!
Anyone faced the similar situation like me before?
If the police refuses at all to help... and you still want to maintain your innocence (you know you're right after all)I received a summon bearing my car plate number from PDRM Klang and the date of the offense was mid last month.
However, the car was not driven into Klang at all, ever!

then you can challenge the summon in a magistrate court.
If you can prove at the date and time the car is elsewhere, I'm sure the summon can be quashed, even if you cannot prove it, then the judge may lower the fine giving you the benefit of the doubt. Many people will not waste their time to fight this, but with you willing to fight to prove your innocence, trust me, the judge will consider this.
I've been to court for two summons before, so I'm speaking from experience.
