anyway its fine using heavy heatsink..jus if u wana move ur pc extra careful..if u the one who dun move pc at all there wont be any problem

QUOTE(HCTH @ Dec 24 2006, 01:33 AM) Before reply merry christmass to all of u. like stevenlee say the gap of the processor may b not strong enuff to hold. Jus curious to know will ther b any side effect if the heatsink is being installed n remained for a long time. Veli scare the motherboard will bengkok. i did try to hold the tt big typhoon it seems quite heavy. A guy in it hypermarket tell me tat the motherboard may go a bit bengkok cos of the weight n another guy in another shop say dpends lo but he added sum advice to me is tat better the heatsink din hit on the motherboard capasitors. it wont bro..normally big tower heatsink comes with backplate..so the mounting its very strong to hold the sink onto the proc..there wont be gap.. b4 u decide to get certain sink hav a look ur mobo..do some measurement 1st see if it fits ur casing..some casing dun hav enuff height between ur proc are n psu..n den see if will touch anything or not like caps or northbridge cooler.. if touching caps its not good..u can bend the cap but not advisable..anyway sink design nowdays have good clearance.. jus do alot research 1st b4 u decide to get wat cooler

avoid those aquagate n bigwater laa..u pay so much for sucky stuff get high end air cooling lor..scythe ninja or noctua at bulk is very very good..can beat the crap out of those entry level water cooling..if these 2 cant fit ur case get something low profile like scythe andy samurai master or TR si-128..sure no issue at all one spend less n u get good performance
