i dont think there will be marginal improvement in loading unless if you wanna invest in SSD.
but good thing is, 2.5" SSD prices have been dropped over the recent years and some brands have quite a good bargain for it.

I always set it off, as my TV is not HDR supported.
One question - does your TV support HDR? If it's not, then it may be the issue.
