from what I understand from my agent, they will only return the 3% when they had build up to the floor of your purchased unit.

will this after completed... the rental and sale market here will lagi fall deep deep kao low?

better wait wait buy lelong later? much much cheaper than launch price?

I highly doubt it. Unless its a project underway or approved works, chances are there won't be any road widening works. Ideally, we all want a direct access down to KESAS.....ahhh....if only.
