Muhibah is 5 stations from Sg Besi (Interchange with MRT2). From Sg Besi, it is only 3 stations to Bdr Malaysia and 6 stations to TRX. Estimate about 40 minutes commute time by train to TRX.

Currently is a shared guardhouse. But still separated by different block.
Block 1 - PPAM units only. Nil facility.
Block 2 - RUMAHWIP and bebas units. Got pool, gym.

Now Block 2 units want to split the guardhouse.
