I have a question. Public Bank only willing to give 80% loan for PV OUG. Can I assume that Public Bank done their valuation and think it only worth 80% from the original price?

FYI, I did not apply Public Bank. I just went to ask question. Public Bank max offer up to 80% only.

Not really. you can't say it is high density by looking at the number of unit.

PV OUG is 240 per ha. Bintang is 249 per ha , You City 3, it is 361 per ha. The Harve is 293 per ha

i would say this is low to medium density.

is this the first project with sharing same guardhouse entrance with PPAM? i saw the Harve , Parkhill, and passed by many other PPAM seem like they have two separated entrance and guardhouse.
