Dymatize elite whey is good and cheap, but always out of stocks.

Anything muscle tech is overprice.

And dont shop in GNC.

Oh No! Why are all WHEY PROTEIN in www.musclemaniaclub.net OUT OF STOCK ?

I have a browse www.musclemaniaclub.net and found that all WHEY PROTEIN (those with low prices) are OUT OF STOCK.

It's better if you go straight to their shop to see what they have. You can see for yourself what there actually is and also speak to them personally.

The problem is I stay near to Kajang, to drive all the way to one of their shop (Wangsa Maju / Subang Jaya) is very far for me, I want to make sure they really have the stock before I drive over there.

I see, so I call them telling them I want ON Whey Protein 10lbs, 2 packets, and if they say "sorry out of stock, new stock will probably arrive in 3 weeks..." Then I will have to either wait 3 weeks or buy somewhere else.

Purefit.com is American website for buying online, shipping alone cost you at least RM80 for a packet of 10lbs protein.

Is it possible to gain size without these supplements?

I like to keep things moderate, ie home workout, not overly particular on food nutrients etc. But though I'm considered fit, getting a bit more buff is kinda nice, so just wondering.

u r juz started to workout. in 3 weeks u can focus on whole foods instead of supplement. supplement is not magic drink. juz wait for it then
