normally socket just do extension from current existing point... seldom see ppl pull from db for extra socket because need a lot of work.. imagine they pull 12line for your case..

Coz most of the lighting points were just looped from existing 1.5mm cable nearby so they are cheaper. The one at the back yard need a new 1.5mm cable straight from junction box thus more expensive.
