Bought psp from him on 24/11 fyor rm650..
i was so dumb and so naive to get it..
so i bank in rite away...RM650 full!!!..
said he had poslaju...
but till now still did't arrive...
can u imagine that..?
it's almost a month...
I had pm him to get my money back..
guesss what..
he didn't reply...
what should I do to get my money back now..?

kindly remind that tribunal aduan pengguna will only work (i mean they will try to help refund, not 100%) and claim back your money if the company/register 1/not bankrap/ and etc.

Just giv them a call and ask whether boleh tolong atau tidak atau ada apa jalan sekarang.

NEWbie not equal to conmen, ppl kena con just because of cheap stuff, sikap tamak, and lack of consumerism knowledge, and the LYN tag bias.(no wonder so many ppl flame me)

Oh yah, COD only works if u can test item on the spot and hav receipt, if not cash and cary is the worst trading method because u dont hav any solid proof and cant trace back after the cash handed to some1 else. (u can see most fraund case hapen to pasar aunty dealing with cash on newspaper)

Solution,
if u got bank transaction slip/watever solid proof, bring all and show to his boss/family/whoever know him.

i somehow feel this fella a real victim, google and found this thread later after get conned, create an account to respond here.

year 2006 case ..and seller yet has a dispute tag..speechless. or perhaps as people said here is not police station..here is the place for seller and buyer to solve problems
i suggest bro apis to discuss with mod whether d proven con case can mod issue them a dispute tag so that new comer here will not easily get con ...although there is a dispute thread here for buyer to refer if there r suspects in garage sales..but i guess not every1 of them will refer to here...at least those old timer scammer given a dispute tag so every1 can aware...every1 can know he / she obviously a scammer with a dispute tag.
