kindly remind that tribunal aduan pengguna will only work (i mean they will try to help refund, not 100%) and claim back your money if the company/register 1/not bankrap/ and etc.

NEWbie not equal to conmen, ppl kena con just because of cheap stuff, sikap tamak, and lack of consumerism knowledge, and the LYN tag bias.(no wonder so many ppl flame me)

Oh yah, COD only works if u can test item on the spot and hav receipt, if not cash and cary is the worst trading method because u dont hav any solid proof and cant trace back after the cash handed to some1 else. (u can see most fraund case hapen to pasar aunty dealing with cash on newspaper)

Solution,
if u got bank transaction slip/watever solid proof, bring all and show to his boss/family/whoever know him.
