I checked, vdsl from unifi the modem still encrypted, so market no selling.

Only way to get replacement is from tm since it's their service.

QUOTE(doublef @ Feb 15 2016, 10:28 PM)
So... any brand will support unifi? for VDSL2 modem?

QUOTE(dracozz @ Feb 25 2016, 12:46 PM)
Hi Guys,

Is Unifi ID portable? Meaning, I can use my higher speed 30Mbps Unifi ID in my office.

This could be asked many times but hoping for an answer. Thanks!

It will use rebate if u paid.

For ID, can be use anywhere as long as its Unifi Fiber. But speed was capped near ur pole.

QUOTE(megahertz @ Feb 25 2016, 02:00 PM)
by right, when u agree to to upgrade, there should be recording for TnC. so need for them to investigate and told them you will not pay until this issue solved. ( if u pay already, i think quite hard for them to do refund)
no. ur id only for ur home fiber connection.

Yup, of cos, I work for IT department, which I got a lot customer change a lot modem/router and I saved a lot user id and password and to do some testing purpose whenever I was on site servicing.

QUOTE(soonwai @ Feb 25 2016, 07:25 PM)
Interesting to note that you can't do it. Maybe TM has different policy for your area. I have the same experience as jusbella in that I can simply use UniFi logins in a few different locations. I have tried interchangeably between PJ, Cheras, Kajang, Bangsar, Puchong & Ampang. Did you get your info somewhere or did you try it yourself?

QUOTE(AMDAthlon @ Mar 6 2016, 11:25 AM)
Hi guys.. Is it possible to downgrade package?
I'm now using 50mbps and thinking to downgrade to 30mbps.
Is it possible or there will be a penalty?

No, it's condominium management issue.. U need contact management.

QUOTE(jolmy @ Mar 13 2016, 04:41 PM)
Those of you who ever faced cable cut (such as fibre cable cut or copper cable cut if you are staying in condo), causing your UniFi to be completely cut off, is it very normal for TM to take between 1 to 2 weeks for service restoration??  vmad.gif
