QUOTE(romuluz777 @ Jun 13 2016, 11:06 AM) The Civic X seems to ride very low, probably slightly lower than the 8th gen FD. I think if we dont use bodykit, should be ok, pass through a few bumpers no issue.I wonder if there will be issues with the undercarriage clearing the speed bumps on Malaysian roads especially in the Klang Valley. There are many DIY speed bumps in neighborhoods done by overly enthusiastic RA committees. |

QUOTE(jack bauer @ Jun 13 2016, 11:32 AM) What is the reason if one want to take up the civic with the Navigation option? The navigation is only for 5 years and it is useless for me actually. No reason you want to use that but then to have the LED light you need to buy together with navi too.Especially those who most of time Waze is the preferred choice. |

QUOTE(hihihehe @ Jun 13 2016, 11:41 AM) this is first time i heard legroom is short. how tall are you? I think if compare to previous Civic, this is shorter, but the rear seat lower and lean to the back, so indirectly generate more leg rooms. International version the backseat is adjustable, but Malaysia version is not, too bad.i have plenty of legroom but depends on the front seat too. tall guy could suffer at the back because of lower roof |

QUOTE(usopkun @ Jun 13 2016, 11:49 AM) International version backseat is adjustable? Where do you read that?. So far the difference is 60/40 feature that we don't have. Space wise is the same. You can go Thailand to test. I tested there. My US friend told the same too.May be should not say adjustable, at least you can put lower back. Malaysia unit I saw the back is sealed. Ya, that is why I corrected it is not adjustable, you can drop a little bit more so like able to lie down.
By the way, anyone has the info for the car entertainment system? Is it support both Android Auto and Apple Carplay? Currently tested only saw Apple Carplay, doesn't come with Android yet. http://www.autofreaks.com/technology/2016-...-apple-carplay/ |

Kinda confuse.Side note, while I didn't noticed... this Civic has auto lock when you drive? Cause I test drive after my friend which I just get into the car but I didn't notice the door locking up. |

Actually only KL needs to wait 2 months for new car, other state like Seremban and Ipoh seems able to get car immediately. Look like the purchasing power is not lean to the strong side yet.
Or others still wait for discount? |

QUOTE(hihihehe @ Jun 14 2016, 10:52 AM) if i already had the number plate then i might try but too bad i stil lwaiting for the result. july is the best bet for me I would rather wait until 3-6 months time because Thailand reported some technical issues which havent really solved out yet. Especially engine heat is quite worried people. |

The top 3 dealerships can get 100 cars in 3 months, so is really depend on how they allocated the cars.

QUOTE(MattJ @ Jun 14 2016, 03:48 PM) Guys, I have not tested 1.8S but I did own a civic 1.8 previously, to me I am not a racer so 1.8 is sufficient power. However for this new model, I would take 1.5T regardless as it has more value to test new stuff and it can save petrol too. Before I take the plunge and pay for my deposit tomorrow, help me decide lah 1. Lunar Silver or Pearl White 2. 1.8S or 1.5T Appreciate feedback from those who had testdrove the 1.8S. I testdrove the premium 1.5T and kind of like the power of the new earth dream engine I like Pearl White very much. |
