I've done a simple comparison between the Honda City vs the Mazda 2 Sedan. Just for discussion purposes.

Mazda 3 small interior space compare to Honda Civic.

if just a small family, y does interior space an issue? Ok for a young bachelor professional that can afford c-seg, are they going to worry about space issue?

Ah i see, probably im from sarawak so we dont really travel long distance using a car. Unless u are talking about balik kampung/longhouse that u probably need a 4x4. So to us, most of the time we are just pusing around the city going for road trip is rare becos city to city it takes 2hrs to reach and the road cond isnt that good that u can drive 120km/h without making the passenger uncomfortable.

I like how CarAdvice review the car. They don't simply compare cars base on " I guess " like in so called comparison review by Paultan when they test drove the car in Chiang Mai. IMHO they should compare the car back to back before comes with any conclusions.
Btw, below are ratings given by CarAdvice on New Civic and Mazda 3.

He is loaded with plenty of cash on hand, for sure will not concerned about FC. People with great financial management will consider all this facts before purchasing a vehicle.

For me, the average FC for 2.0 cars can get is 6-7 km/l. Combination of city and highway drive with heavy foot when want to cut queue. That figure being posted online is consider okay.

ok people seem to take it the wrong way. its more about the model which is mazda 3 rather then the soul red color which basically a "candy red" multiple layers method. mazda 3 is a direct competitor to the civic n alwyas been. infact there already comparison or vs vids out there. while here in msia it doeant seem to be competition vs mazda 3. hence the reason of "bitch slapping" .mazda ( or bermaz, rather) cant afford to give accuses of not able to give certain color especially a newer awsomer civic coming to town.  n yea from pauline tan it said that one of the reason on sould red for mazda 3 is time consuming probably our ckd factory doesnt have capable for such, no issues on maz2 for soul red tho.

Don't bother with those ancient thinking uncles. They don't even know how to calculate rv based on enormous overpriced kosong car price + interest of loan. They just think after 5 yrs, if rv still better than other brands, considered good rv. 

From all the sharing here, I get the impressions that Honda SA are not desperate (as if sales are breeze to them).
