Hi, my property after doing flood test found out there is leaking from master bedroom toilet.

Contacted developer, first time they came with some cement and white stuff to put in between tiles. Still leak.

Second time came with PU injection , inserted three places . Still leak.

Is there any other suggestion how to proceed?
