Hi, just asking, I have done my home defect inspection and currently submitting the defects online.

But according to the law, we need to submit the a formal letter and defect list by hardcopy and hand them to Management Office.

1. Do we need to CC the SPA lawyer?
2. Anyone has the template for the formal letter?
