Anyone can advise whether floor skirting hollow or Timber Strips flooring hollow consider a defects? Was told by the developer that floor skirting hollow or minor Timber Strips flooring hollow was not a defects. Is this true?

I guess I should just accept it it's a minor hollow and at the same tile will still log as a defect item for record purpose. Just in case it give problem in later stage. Thanks both.
