Yeah, usually I will need to complain to them and they will reply back the code. In the last 2nd trip, you open the trip detail > go to help > I had a different issue > my trip receipt was updated. Please share if you got the code, many thanks  UPDATE: The 2nd code seems to be REINDEERS — Rm4 x 4 rides. You can try it to confirm.
