Lol. Of course they ban u lah. When u got a rejected order and you received an email either saying "reason for rejection is unable to verify details" or "we decided to invite you to join our b2b business", then you are tagged as reseller aldy. It's time for you to decide then, either you quit shopping at Laz, or you create a new account with different hp no, name, address, etc. Start fresh start anew. Your old account is no longer able to make purchase because all subsequent orders will be rejected. There are many ways they use to detect multiple accounts to determine whether you will be tagged as reseller, sometimes i even use different vpn with different accounts to make purchase in order to play safe. But always lay low, dun abuse the system too much. All these reseller nonsense started quite a few months ago due to some aholes who are really reseller, sapuing things like ipones and diapers and resell them at their own shop. True case.

however, after payment that's it.

From what I know based on my 2 years experience buying things on LAZADA...

At the very beginning I was also labeled as a reseller.

So I clarified with the team, and they told me that LAZADA website is only meant for consumers, not resellers..

What this implies is that consumers cannot purchase more than 4 items based on the same category, or else they will decline your order....

WIll they banned your account forever? Well, not really, they told me that if you wait for a period of few months, you can continue buying items using that particular account from the same category which you had purchased..

Of course there would be many other factors contributing towards the labeling you as a reseller..

It happens to most people..

Anyway her reasons are not legit...

the problem is .... 1 handphone, 1 sd card, 1 thumbdrive and 1 cable ..... all in the same category. tried to argue with them but no point.
