Question: if a video is a spoiler, but spoiler-tagged as a spoiler, would the whinings of people complaining about it being a spoiler validates removing it? The video has no spoilery thumbnail, and requires clicking to play the video content. This is not a text spoiler, and the video does not autoplay itself.

Not removed, just demonetized. Nintendo is not Atlus. Atlus is even more ass-backward than Nintendo, I had 3 months "holiday" on my Youtube channel for streaming Persona 5 "past a certain chapter in the game". Nintendo only demonetize it and "encourage" you to enroll into their whitelisted "Nintendo Content Creator" program, or some bullshit like that.
