around 20+ days you should be able to return to your normal routine of TFK but remember to be gentle

salt water really helps with getting out the stitches

Update march 5th - plucked out my final stitch from under the skin.... Now at 95% healing no more walking like a cowboy... Back to wearing jeans again

you googled for child circ or adult circ?


usually child circ no need stitches cause they can use glue ( the skin is thinner)

for adults who have thicker skin there are stitches i had 20
