Surprised to hear that this can happen. Ha. In my case, ASNB staff entered $X into my second son's ac while it should be into my eldest son's ac. She later tried to cancel and transfer it to the right ac. She could not. Who was at fault? ME! The deposit slip for my eldest son was in my 2nd son's passbook and that resulted in the error. How did that happen? I went to ASNB a few days before that and the other staff tried to fish for me but with no success. I think when he returned the passbooks to me, he put the wrong deposit forms into the wrong passbooks!
So learning is to double check the forms and the passbooks if you have multiple passbooks.

Learning I can see in your case is, very nice of you that you did not make a big fuss/compliant after the mistake. Since the amount is not very large, I think I would also keep it calm. If it is a 5 digits amount, I will be seeing the manager! Ha. Learning is, turn the negative to positive, i.e., the staff who made the mistake will be more than willing to help you out the next time you try to fish for more units. Of course, if she can remember you. Give it a try and you may have found a gem connection out of the "misfortune" earlier!

Seeing a lot of replies here on the FP to VP change in the last 2 days of 2015. Ha. Yes, I am one of those who are anxious to know and will withdraw if they announced the change from FP to VP.
Hope there will be no announcement on the change. Ha. Then I can have a nice & peaceful new year's eve dinner with my family tonight! Ha.
Happy New Year & better/bigger ASX fishing harvests to all here!

Thanks.
Found that thread. Thought can find that thread INSIDE Lowyat Forum, no need to use google! Ha.
Cannot find my thread about the ASNB staff entering the purchase into my 2nd son son's account while it should be in my 1st son's account.
Need to know the date. Cannot find the entry in their books too. Something is very wrong with the purchase. Ha.
