Was in CIMB Mid Valley just now, trying to top up ASM and ASW, but only managed to grab 100 for ASW.

Then, went to RHB just opposite CIMB, tried top up 1000 respectively for ASM and ASW, and successful. blush.gif

Just about 15 mins in between...

Currently in Affin Bank, managed to top up ASM but the issue is, the officer unsure how to do the printing part on the receipt and also the passbook.
Guess ppl seldom come here to do ASNB transaction. biggrin.gif

She did refer to the guidebook for instructions, and few of her colleagues surrounding the pc/printer to check whats the problem.
End up, she advised me to come back later on to collect the passbook, told me it seems like a printer issue.

Luckily the bank is nearby my house, I can drop by tomorrow morning and collect the passbook.

Initially was ASM, for 500.
I collected the passbook just now (they called me saying the issue was fixed), i asked to topup ASW, managed to grab 500 too.

Had a pretty clear view on how they performed the transaction, basically the whole thing takes less than 1 minute.
From the moment they login to the system (here took more time to load the page), fill up our details (only have to key in our account number & amount), the rest like which fund, payment type, initial/additional subscription are all drop-down selection. Then click on save button, confirmation box prompts out, then click confirm button and it will show you whether it is successful or insufficient fund (took only few seconds).

So, like what other ppl mentioned before, it is purely on luck (whether the fund is available that time) and if the staff willing to help you. smile.gif

does that mean the ASM/ASW/AS1M will remain as RM1/unit until 2018?
