i also dont study finance. ASX ranks No 3 in my portfolio. 1 is properties, monthly rental =8.0% pa,
2 bank bonds,- fixed 7.5% paid 6 monthly.
UT should rank lower than my FDs , though on paper IRR 7% ,
cant say till you cash all out,
shares i dont recommend,
forex forget it.

i thought he meant to say, ASX not good enough,
only for people reluctant to learn investment,
want it easy, no need work etc.
You can read that.

see how much work he put into investment, research etc, to get that
10% return  paid out monthly some more!!
