You can deposit to another person's account over the counter or online. I've done that both at Maybank, and CIMB, online and OTC. You'd only need the account number, ic number and full name. No need surat wakil whatsoever.

It depends on the audience. In big towns, usually it would be in English. In smaller towns, mixture of English and Malay. In rural areas, more like 100% Malay.

Haha. Usually these events are only for HNW customers. And yeah we do give some souvenirs to those who attend. But most of the time not many are interested to join, especially in small towns. Hence we often invite 10 times the capacity. Say, we are planning for 100, we'll invite 1000. So the extra comes from non-HNW customers.

In places like KL, JB or Penang. Events are often full house. Those in this forum might be very interested to join, but many others couldn't care less. Hahaha
