Uhm, yeah. I did the same, and I don't see the replies. Sometimes there were coincidences which I believed it was from him, but other times there were no such coincidences. And since I do not have any clues nor results to be able to tell what I have prayed to have been answered at all, it came to be naturally that prayer is not something that works.

It means if I can't tell whether if a prayer is answered or not, nor any evidence of them being answered or not, it makes sense for me to think that prayer doesn't actually work.

No, it means that because there wasn't any evidence of a definite 'Yes' or 'No' in response to a prayer, it makes sense to me that prayer doesn't actually work because the god or gods don't exist.

There's simply no evidence that good things happen because a prayer was answered or when bad things happen it means a prayer is not answered, and it is one of the reasons why I chose to be an atheist.

To be respectful to the rest of the forummers in this thread, I suggest asking questions at my AMA (Ask Me Anything) thread that I've created.

Sometime it's just our expectation of supernatural, that's why sometime we think something is watching us.

You can always pray to Father God to protect you from evil spirit, by sending his guardian angels to surround you n family...you know? Pray already, believe in Faith.

Relate my experienced. This happened to my son when he was only a couple of months old. Now my son is already working age. Before what happened I don't believe in such thing but after that experienced, you just hv to believe it bcos there no other explanation.

My wife went back hometown and my son was being babysit by my neighbor. I came home from work, it was around 6 something in the evening, so i thought i'll just take him in a stroller and walk him to the garden which is just a few blocks away from my house. When we reach the playground and was about 10ft or more into it, for no apparent reason my son started crying. Try to sooth him down failed, so we just headed home and he is crying all the way and until 9 something at night. Tried every thing but just couldn't make him stop. He finally stop around 9 something i thing due to took tired crying for the last couple of hours.

From that day onward, i don't take him to the playground during that time until he was a couple of years old.
