Not really into mecha but i did watch one which hv mecha too and abit comedy. Can't remember the name. It Gundam something.

FMA is the anime that got us interested in watching anime and its the only anime that we always can't wait to catch the next episode. The only one we view the whole episode actually.

From your list, my daugter did watch fairy tail zero and akagami no shirayuki.

I SEE ANIME DISCUSSION

This season you must watch Boku dake ga Inai Machi a.k.a Erased a.k.a Bokumachi.

Best Mystery anime this season. Every episode will leave you wanting to see the next ep. It'll be 12 episodes too. Very short.

Ah ok ... if that is the case, tongue.gif

You can always start with the scripture then:

The first major point about Christ is that He is God, the God of eternity. We can help him or her not to think that Christ did not exist before His birth at Bethlehem two thousand years ago. For us human beings, birth was the beginning; but the Bible tells us that Christ existed before all things (Col. 1:17). Isaiah 9:6 tells us that the One born in the manger was the mighty God and the eternal Father. John 1:1 and 14 tell us that Christ was the Word in the beginning (in eternity past) and that this Word was God. Romans 9:5 says He is "the Christ, Who is over all, God blessed forever."

Even in the Old Testament, Christ came to His people several times in the form of a man. On one occasion He ate a meal with Abraham (Gen. 18:1-33); on another occasion He wrestled with Jacob (Gen. 32:24-30); and on still another He appeared walking in the midst of a blazing furnace with three of His chosen people (Dan. 3:23-25). Although Christ is not specifically mentioned, we know it was He since He is the expression of God (John 1:18). God dwells in unapproachable light and no one has ever seen Him (1 Tim. 6:16), but in Christ He can be seen. Jacob even wrestled with Him! All of these instances are mysterious. We cannot explain how they were possible. This is why in one of His appearings He said His name is "wonderful" (Judg. 13:18, in Hebrew), which means that it is beyond our ability to understand. Some confused people believe that Christ was a man who later became God. This is heretical; the Bible does not say this. The Bible tells us that Christ is God from eternity past to eternity future.

Ooh UW that is a very traditional catholic way of thinking. I had some catholic friends who told me that they're worried about not confessing in time. Glad to see it sorted out in the Bible.

Okay guise something pretty surreal happened today.

So I've been writing an Undertale fanfiction. Started out as a curiosity of 'hey what if I use my professional skills to make something awesome'

In my latest chapter there's a heartwarming scene of forgiveness. Insisting on forgiving despite seeing the worst of your loved ones. And the forgivenees is given freely without needing to earn for it.

Then I made a note at the bottom 'I can't help but to see Jesus parallels here if you understand what I mean. If you don't understand, feel free to ask.'

Then I went to sleep.

When I wake up, I got 7 responses commenting about it. Some said they saw the parallels too. The I had one person actually asking me to explain it more!

I ended up witnessing to my readers about the forgiveness of Jesus. Seeds sowed? Hopefully!

A fanfiction site was the laaaaaast place I expected to share the Gospel and yet it happened.

My goodness, it's so surreal. I still find it hard to believe it happened. And I didn't have enough sleep because the hot weather kacau, so I feel even more dazed.

QUOTE(tinarhian @ Apr 1 2016, 10:16 PM)

OMG. That is so HOT. How do you guys cool off? Even the beach side is hot eh? Your electricity bills surely going through the roof!

*
The beach? Nobody goes to the beach to cool off unless you're a crazy angmoh. If you go to the beach during the afternoon, you'll turn into baked fish from the heat of the sand and the intensity of the sun.

Yes, you're right about the electricity bill. People usually bathe more often if they don't have aircond. Or escape to shopping malls (free aircond). Or stay in the shade as much as possible. Or camp in front of a fan.

The rural folk will look for rivers to play around.

Swimming pools? Only mornings and evenings. The afternoon? Practically deserted. Unless there's a crazy angmoh. There's a reason why we call them crazy.

One of the surest way to tell if someone's a local or a tourist is to observe their behaviour in the sun. Locals avoid the sun like the plague. Foreigners relish in it.
