I just got a new pc. Was wondering if it's normal for pc vendors to do modifications eg. cooling and overclocking, for customers.

Went to lowyat today, nobody seems to carry fans, except for Sri Computers which happens to be DIY. I look at the accessories area, I blur liao, dunno which is which and how to DIY.

Any recommendations of shops that can provide cooling solution?
