dunno about your ambient but seems about right, you have a 2 fan card only.
nothing will burn liike this. if you feel its running to hot you can set a custom curve for a lower voltage point in afterburner.
if you don't like to do the work, you could also limit the cards max temp in afterburner. you will lose some performance though.

the way you add fans also less than ideal. the fan on top above the side intake just exhausts the fresh air, no wonder those didn't get you any improvement. the case looks nice but it pretty bad for air cooling
