i really don't understand why they even implement the push pin design as it is not suitable for heavy cooler .... 

i think most of the manufacturer test it on the board that lay on top of something instead mount in vertical direction ...

the damage would be really serious gc, chipset cooler, and the most precious the casing ... coz once scratch there's hardly return for it ...

thanks sHawTY, i've once opened the cpu cover at the back of the laptop cover. and i've examined the fans and the copper, the cpu fan is not too dusty, maybe there're not enough fresh air going into the fan (i think)..and i'm afraid to void the warranty because there're some sticker covering the fan's screw. but, i agree and respect with your opinion.

laptop fans is more hard to compared to desktop...

i'm using a lappy cooler right now, Cooler Master R9-NBC-ADAS.

at time i'm writing this post, the temperature is 71*c, but when i touch the cpu, it's not that too hot, it's warm as i can put my face on it (maybe around 30*C-45*C).

maybe the air condition/ventilation in my room is quiet hot, or i'm suspecting the sensor device reporting an incorrect value (just to ease my heart)

Wehh, u're running e6600 @ 3150MHz at 1.3875volts?
Why need to pump the vcore to that extend?

My e6600 is running at 3.2GHz at the stock vcore [1.3125volts] only.
No need to increase the vcore liao...

Mine:
400X8 [3.2GHz] @ 1600MHz bus speed.

I even did primed my e6600 at that clock speed at the stock vcore for 19hours with no problem at all.

So why did you pump the vcore into that high?

I believe if you set your setting the same as mine, you will have a much much lower temps than what you're having right now.

what is the next most powerful fan other than the normal 12v fan?

my everest cpu temp is oso always showing 5-6C higher than those individual cores ... incldg coretemp ones ..

guys.. i am planning on getting a ram cooler for myself...

between OCZ xtc , corsair dominator, n allngap's ram cooler

which one shud i go for in terms of cooling effectiveness n silence?

if load below 50c still can consider push higher than 4ghz.
