Added on August 24, 2011, 9:24 pmmy problem: i7 2600K Overclocked to 4.8Ghz with Noctua NH D14 (1.32V~1.42V auto voltage)
after running prime95 for half hour the core 1 temp are 51C and core 3 temp is 68C... its normal? so huge difference between core

yes...
of course d14 is a beast...just feel weird with the temperature difference between core 1 and core 4
