Hi guys, I'm using E6300 and intel stock fan. I didn't use any after-market fan. My current temperature of E6300 vout o/c (1.86ghz) is 43C when idle. I tried to o/c it b4 to 2.5ghz and the temperature are also 43 C when idle. I thought E6300 should be around 30C without o/cing? But when i run blend test, vout oc is around 65C, v oc is 75C. sweat.gif Btw, i'm puting my pc at the upside of a table, meaning is not under the table where the airflow is stuffy. My room is vout air cond, but during at night is quite cool. So, for my processor, is 40 to 41C at night (with and without o/c), and 44 - 45C during the afternoon which is the hottest time.

Can i know y is this happening? the temperature shouldn't be so high issit? I'm using two 3rd party fan, one from the side, then at the back there suck the wind inside the casing to outside. Thanks in advance icon_rolleyes.gif

how big is the fan? and also what brand of casing and cooler are you using? cos bad casing also has bad ventilation...also your cable management also affected..

My fan is normal 12cm those. Small size. I'm using iCute for the side and Cooler Master to suck the wind out. Both are running at around 1800rpm. My casing is brandless one. tongue.gif Is a medium size cpu casing, not those huge one. My cable inside the computer are quite messy. Not really spacious. But... despite all those fact, i thought it shouldn't be such a big difference? I mean..... idle can go upto 40++ C where normally is 30C? Thanks in advance icon_rolleyes.gif
