A few points:

1. You are lucky some college offer you a chance to further your study through the certificate. You should consider it.

2. Have you give some time to think about your UEC results? Why did you not do well? Are you sick that day? Did you miss a study topic that came out in the exam? Or you are not brainy enough? If it is because you are sick or miss a topic, etc, consider retaking UEC/A levels/STPM etc.

3. Let's face it. Not everyone is born with brains. Some are born clever, some are born stupid. That's how this world is. You cannot have everyone be a doctor, pharmacist, psychologist. Some needs to be plumber, electrician, taxi driver, hawker, salesman, insurance agent etc So if you not the A student and cannot meet the basic unversity/college entry requirements, face the reality and stop dreaming. Go out and get a job. That is why this why #1 said you are lucky that some college offer you a chance to further your study through the certificate. But if you have brains, then consider #2, to retake the exams. Lastly, if that was the best you can achieve, go out and get a job.

not everyone can or should have academic studies....you are obviously not academically inclined, so you should go choose a trade...do a skill or trade based training...

generally, only the top 20-30% of the population can cope with and should do academic tertiary studies....the next 30% should do technical courses, and the rest do skill/trade training....

If you ever find a college that accepts you although you don't meet entry requirements - don't go for it! It's risky for you and it definitely means that this place is unscrupulous.

I assume your UEC is SM2 instead of SM3?
