Yes redevelopment scheme. Earliest unveiling probably early 2017. Depends on market aso. Not RUMAWIP etc.

Same architect as KL Traders Square, etc so expect some similarities.

Previous projects are Maxim Residences Cheras and Maxim Citilights Sentul.

All 4 blocks same unit numbers....

But peevious maxim owners kena held the balls loh....its up to how developer priced it lioa.....developer price push inflatiom
