hero at damansara ttdi sibeh not bad oh.. quite classy.
but access at cheras sentral here still real big problem.
CS car park area also no refurbish stil macam old and rundown.

That would be directly on where Econsave situated?
One thing, how would they solve the traffic issue here? I believe the roads in and out are far reaching from satisfying. rclxub.gif

From calculation, 534/(45-8)=15 units per floor?
Tenure is Leasehold?
Can hint the developer name eg past projects?
