Personally, i will see next week. If things still doesnt happen, no mood swing by retailers, just leave it ther until the next rebound which will probably happen next year.

Foreign funds wont return if our current political instability continues n covid cases keep rising. They go China n Vietnam. If they return, i believe gloves will rise n retailers will follow

Anything is possible but the chance is low now bcos too many ‘unfavourable’ news that can weaken gloves prospects such as vaccine, windfall tax, poor dorms, penalty...

But gloves have now extended its super profit to 3 years. That is until 2022. This is long enough for investors to buy in. After all, when covid started, everybody know it will end someday sooner but now the situation lasted more than a year. And vaccination will take probably 2 years to execute. Right now rich countries r hoarding gloves. Developing countries like Vietnam will soon do the same. That will certainly maintain the demand level high. Gloves industry no longer the same after covid. When foreign funds return they will put their money on profitable companies, especially super profit companies; definitely not loss making companies or high risk companies like our retailers r doing now.

This is also a factor many r not touching msian gloves stocks. The authority is PUNISHING these companies instead of getting their commitment to fix problems n announce the good news to assure world community of positive progress n improve the msian industry’s image. They r not playing supporting role n r not so keen to allow more companies grow into giant corporate. Very unfortunate

Foreign workers r from 3rd world countries. I handled them when HR was under my care. Thats how they live. U give them clean accommodation it will turn out squalid n HR have to do frequent spot checks n clean up. Main problem is overcrowding. Not that im defending TG n i did say TG can commit to do more. TG is building new flats for foreign workers. They r in the process. Somehow thats not enough. Thats not how u MANAGE giant corporates n encourage more to grow this size. In other countries they r strict w rules n laws but wont go out sending negative perceptions all over the world

No one is superman or demi gods. Even investment gurus makes losses. They use fibonacci, candle sticks, TA, FA... still lose n cut loss. Company directors i know play shares over 10 years also make losses. It is normal.

I remember the edge reported mr diy gonna make losses due to malls closed during waves of mcos, n they expanded too fast which costs money. I sell based on that ‘analysis’. Turns out, it was a BIG mistake. Mr DIY is now over rm 3!
