there is a difference between company and personal interest and they often in conflict e.g sbb.

I think he means that majority don't know when to sell and buy back at the right time, they either sell at the end of the downtrend when the stock is going to rebound and then panic buy when they see it go up again.

Novices have no idea of croc pond pecking order.
