I sold Adventa, Careplus, Ruberex and Comfort just now for a reasonable profit. I bought them yesterday.

I am still holding Harta, Kossan, Supermax, TopGlove and YTL Reit.

Kossan, Supermax and Topglove were added yesterday.

Things might still get ugly later. To hunker down in case more missiles rain down on the Big 4 glove stocks company.

YTL Reit is inching up nicely in the style of Inari.

Well, not for now anyway. I bought Poh Kong recently and nearly got burnt. I still can't understand how the price of gold will affect Poh Kong and Tomei. These are jewellery stores not Gold ETF.

I find Poh Kong and Tomei to be even more volatile than glove stocks. So, I better stay away.

As long as a vaccine is not found and the number of Covid-19 cases worldwide keep on increasing, the glove stocks prices will have room to play. We can see the 2nd or 3rd wave of new cases hitting the countries which have reopened for business.

Glove stocks is not a luxury item, it is a necessity for the healthcare industry. The Covid-19 is here to stay for at least another year.

We also forget that Covid-19 is virus, not a bacteria. There is no cure for a virus infection. The human immune system has to fight off the virus on its own. It is just like the dengue fever - no drugs to cure it.

The vaccine for Covid-19 is to stimulate the production of antibodies and provide immunity against Covid-19. The vaccine is not meant as a cure for Covid-19 patients.

Is there any doctor in the house who can correct my understanding, if I am wrong?

Ok, so all we can discuss here is some boring DDs and value investing is it? As long as you aren’t blatantly promoting an individual stock, you should be fine. Stock investing is a hobby, not a full time job. Why so serious unless you’re day trader then I can’t say anything la.

If you want serious due diligence, just go call a company’s investor relation department and ask to talk to a rep. Or go to the company’s website to read financials. Here, free to discuss anything you like. If you want the TRUE value investing, you either have to work in the same field or you are an employee at the said company. Otherwise, you’re just making an educated guess about the future performance of a company which makes you a speculative investor as well.

Sure. Being emotional is what makes us human. We can’t completely eliminate our innate nature of being emotional but we can definitely control it. Trading without emotion is dangerous as well.

Adding my noob perspective on people mentioning how much they made on here. I don't mind it as much cause to me it doesn't really say anything.

Someone made 1mil? Impressive? No clue, since I have no idea how much their initial investment was in the first place. Could be 100K or 10 mil.

However what's impressive to me is a few months later, how much of that 1 mil you made is still in your possession? Or even better did you manage to grow your 1mil into something more? Then that's a real flex.

some is follow people buy... so now fear price drop so cut loss...

some is see price increase then go hut ar... then price drop already cannot sleep well so cut loss...

some is forced to cut loss... like margin or contra players...

that's why you can see some people call newbie as weak holder as well because they cannot adjust their mindset and feeling when price drop... panic sell...
