I have an old question on SONA Petroluem an SPV that was delisted in June 2018.
When was the refund made to investors? My brother pass away in August 2019. But we found in his Bursa statements this counter was still appearing.

Its curious to note , Wilmar Int stock have not reacted to the same hike in price as local plantation stocks . Is this an indication local plantation stocks are being goreng-ed or there is something sinister with Wilmar plantation operations?

My Guess is that Wilmar is more involved in Downstream instead of Upstream

Downstream includes chemical processing to cooking oil. The high price of CPO will cause margin squeeze to downstream business

Thanks for the input.

Yes. They have upstream as well as downstream. But their downstream business is bigger

If Wilmar is in both markets Upstream and Downstream. This is good thing right? This gives them an option to choose to focus Financial gains either from upstream rather than downstream financial gains. End result they should be in a very comfortable financial position, even if it's Cost push inflation because they are an integrated producer.
So technically Wilmar should be rocketing like counterparts here. I do not have Wilmar stocks . Am trying to learn how to think analytically.
