Seriously... Every financial market in the world has something to do with with DJIA and SP500.. if everyone is risk off in the US, don't hope for risk on here.. if risk on over there, its most likely risk on around the world as well.. maybe very much less for frontier markets, but definitely high correlation with emerging markets..
