Entitlement Date 04/9

I know if I want to get the dividend, I have buy or hold shares 1 day before ex date, is it the same for bonus issue?

Or if I have existing shares I just need to hold until 04/9 5pm.

If I wanna buy new shares and entitle for bonus issue, I have to buy on 02/9, becoz of T2, 04/9.

Correct?

And entitlement date = record date?
