It did close above 1800 for a few days but clearly it was fake out and price has now dropped back to 1700. KLSE Index

As share holder we need to do anything? Or they will issue us another stock?

You can get more shares and the price also are split based on the split ratio, so you as a shareholder you can either hold or sell, but it is advisable to take profit as share price will normally drop after the share split

KLSE Index is forming a strong support at 1700 region. It was a strong resistance back in 2016 and acted as support at the end of 2017.
