Gloves keep dropping.

Glove actually has been trading sideways for awhile now, especially the big one. It's getting more mature and reflective of it's nature as a cyclical and industrial stock. But no more big explosive capital growth that we experience early part of this year.

If want that kind of risk excitement, maybe second liner glove, or those joining glove party one like Mah Sing will give you that explosive double digit gain / loss.

YTL Hospitality Reit has been on my watch list since MCO. It has the highest valuation ranking among all the REITs. The valuation is 2.7/3 but the fundamental is bad at 0.15/3.

Yesterday, it spiked +6.94%.

Kenanga has also placed it under Trading Buy today with R1 at RM0.87 and R2 at RM0.95. Stop loss at RM0.68. To quote Kenanga,

industry. This will then benefit YTLREIT – which owns a wide portfolio of prime hotel properties spread across Malaysia,

At the dormitories housing migrant workers, 24 people share the same room, one laborer said in a June expose by the British broadcaster Channel 4.

In the event of covid19 infection, the risk of spreading among these foreign workers is high; emco on hostel is likely.
