Need some advice on warrants. If I were to buy JTIASA-CL with the following details:-
Buy at Price: RM 0.06
Exercise price RM1.30
Ratio 2:1
Maturity: 6 Jun 2017
Unit: 40,000

Does that mean if the underlying stock, JTIASA if price goes up to RM1.40 then I can buy JTIASA at RM1.30? How much do I need to pay for this exercise?

Based on you guys experience, buying warrant with less than 3 months maturity is it risky?

For call warrant, u can't exercise it..Call warrant is issued by bank and not company..After maturity date, investment bank will calculate the value and return to you..If the value is negative, you will lose everything..

For newbie, don't try call warrant..Go read some basic of warrant first before invest in these high risk counter..
