when the risk justified level reach (1), the news (2) will follow, then the price (3) move, and then the indicator (4) bends.

i choose to go with 1, but a lot prefer the lagging 4.

0.910 * 100 / 4 / 8.840 = 2.57

i do not post it solely based on the presented, there are other timing/TA reason for that with risk considerations.

i mean just because i present part of the puzzle, doesn't mean it's the whole puzzle right?
